Getting Started

  1. Partner contacts api@pxc.co.uk to request access to our Product API Suite including company and billing details and users who require access
  2. Partners will be set up with a Mulesoft API account and provided with key API account information
  3. A training session will be set up with the Partner to give them an overview of Mulesoft Exchange
  4. Partner logs into Mulesoft Exchange and sets up API connections and tests endpoints
  5. API Onboarding will take a minimum of 1 week

For API general and technical queries, product information or problem solving, reach out and send us an email at api@pxc.co.uk with the required information below and our team will be happy to help:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Company Name
  • Key Contacts
  • Key information that will help us to resolve the query in a timely manner e.g. name of API, Endpoints, Request & Response payloads and time the issue started
